B2B Marketing and Sales (Closed and Filled)

Overview

The Front Street Community Oven is looking to hire a results driven sales and marketing person or firm with a record of delivering results in a high ticket marketing and sales space selling to businesses. The person or firm needs to be highly organized, strategic, and thrive in working in a dynamic environment that values accountability, relationships, hard work, rest, learning, iteration, and results.

Make a lean marketing and sales plan to sell offers that includes:

• Develop Objectives and Key Results with associated Key Performance Indicators
• Develop client personas with client interviews
• Outline a high level lean strategic approach of the sales, marketing, and fundraising approach for this initiative

Implement Plan:

• Prepare team building, training, and donor offers with support of Executive Director  and training consultants
• Create landing pages and email marketing funnel for co-cooking team building offers ($2500-$7500 offers)
• Create landing pages and email marketing funnels for Belonging and Emotional Culture Design Trainings ($5000-$15k)
• Support the creation of philanthropic email sequences for fundraising and donor relationship building
• Sell $100,000 in team buildings, trainings, and sponsorship which supports community cookouts- our core mental health, food access, and belonging program
• Sell team buildings and trainings by Nov 1st 2023
• Sell sponsorships by March 1st, 2024

Qualifications

• Have sold or fundraised more than $100,000 in one year through B2B services or products, sponsorships, social enterprise sales, or fundraising
• B2B sales, storytelling, email funnel development, sponsorship and fundraising experience would be an asset
• Hubspot CRM and marketing funnel experience is an asset
• Copywriting experience is an asset
• Must demonstrate proven sales and marketing results’

Location

This contract requires being within a 30 min drive of Halifax, Nova Scotia, as it will require both remote work and in person sales work in Halifax. We may consider other proposals that have a strong track record of selling remotely.
