Come move, breathe, and cook with us! Move & Groove is a joyful 6-week series designed just for folks aged 60 and up. Each session starts with gentle movement — yoga with music led by Sarah Pound or Tai Chi with Declan King-depending on the week — and always followed by time to cook and share a meal together at the Front Street Community Oven.

Thursdays | 4:30–6:30 PM

$30 total for all 6 sessions
